Super Gooby

she's not the only girl who ever turned my head
but if I ever lose her I’ll be wishing I was dead
she was the one left standing when the waves crashed through my door
I may not always like her but I love her that’s for sure

a little bit of quirky
a lot a bit of sass
she’s not just my cutie
she’s my super gooby

she walks down the street with good times in her hand
twirling for the gods and smiling for her man
even when she bites me we both just share a laugh
but when I call her princess I can feel the fury in her wrath

a little bit of quirky
a lot a bit of sass
she’s not just my cutie
she’s my super gooby

she’s the type of gal who walks barefoot in the grass
accusing mother nature of pulling down her mask
good times don’t deliver when she’s hiding in the dark
but when she’s bright and sunny she’s a river of sweethearts

a little bit of quirky
a lot a bit of sass
she’s not just my cutie
she’s my super gooby

our atelier of love one day might implode
but if those thoughts are damning I’ll just bury them in mud

a little bit of quirky
a lot a bit of sass
she’s not just my cutie
she’s my super gooby
